Ron Backs Ruthie

Ron made a comment in my blog today. Here's part of it: "You have my fullest support in what you are saying and fighting for, Ruth. Actually you said it ALL in this quote: "....that's where freedom of expression ends and the REAL infringement begins. Putting the "right" of the tsunami blogger ahead of the rights of hundreds of thousands of suffering individuals is WRONG!"

It's simply the worst kind of willful abuse of the (still) "free internet" to stir such stupid hate, unbelievable disrespect for life, sick pathetic propaganda and irresponsible behaviour."

Thank you for your statement, Ron. And you're right: If people act decent when they're online, then no entity [government or otherwise] will step in and create strict laws. However, if bad individuals multiply and create more hatred and havoc online and nobody does anything about it...

Always remember and never forget, folks: Every time an ostrich sticks its head in the sand it leaves itself blind and vulnerable.

Something to think about.

Tiberius is posting his garbage again.
Let's see now...which bag shall I use to toss out his comments this time:

Glad or Hefty?

If free speech and substantive discussion are garbage, then screw recycling. More garbage I say!

Yeah, Tiberius, you would say exactly that.
