Ruthie On The Road, Update

Pittsburgh proved to be too big and enveloped in urban problems to be any use to me.

I took a city bus out of there and ended up in Mt. Lebanon, an affluent suburb of Pittsburgh.

And I admired the expensive homes as Highway 19 South snaked through that community.

When I got to the outskirts of Mt. Lebanon I saw THE HILL.

A VERY BIG HILL.

I took a deep breath and climbed it. Then I limped behind a church building, put down my bag by the back door, layed down in the grass and fell asleep.
