Gather To God?

I watched Pope Benedict XVI's arrival yesterday. Then I read another story about the FLDS parents. And an idea occurred to me:

Perhaps the Pope and the people from the YFZ ranch should get together and see if they can solve their mutual problems.

After all, His Holiness wants to stop priests from preying on children for sex. Texas took the FLDS children away because the State believes that the children were abused in a similar fashion. So now the FLDS parents want their kids back.

In the Bible, [American King James Version--Matthew 18:20] Jesus promised: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the middle of them."

Or as the Pope might say it, "ubi enim sunt duo vel tres congregati in nomine meo ibi sum in medio eorum."

[According to the Bible, Jesus and God are a package-deal.]

Maybe if the Pope and the FLDS parents sit down together and pray, God will fix their situations.

Both the Pope and the members of FLDS will have to do something.

Trusting in God's promise might be a good place to start.
