I have about two minutes to type this...and the gist is that I have nowhere warm and safe to stay tonight. Not yet, anyway.
Eugene, Oregon's choices are bad to worse. And that is where I am tonight.
I don't even have city bus fare out of here.
So I may spend the night walking out...with the cane and the heavy pack on my back.
