"Peace...Be Still" commanded the voice (Spoken by Jesus Christ, The Son Of God and quoted in The Book Of Mark, Chapter 4, Verse 39, New Testament, Holy Bible) and then the storm stopped,
the waves disappeared and everything became quiet, again.

Now it is beginning to happen again in Ferguson, Missouri.

It's going to take awhile before the hard numbers are tallied, but it's obvious that Ferguson has taken
quite a hit. And it is going to take some
time before that community stands on its feet again without a scar on its face.

But last night, my contact in Ferguson and I shared a conversation on Facebook. She told me about her menu for Thanksgiving Dinner:

"Bourbon Glazed Turkey with Pearl Onion Giblet Gravy, Cranberry Orange Chutney, Macaroni and Cheese with Herbed Bread Crust, Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Green beans with bacon and onion. (Gasp!) Spinach Salad with homemade French dressing and Crescent Rolls. For Dessert in memory of my Grandparents, my Grandmothers Chocolate Cream Pie with a freshly made crust."

And they did eat...all the family that they are: My acquaintance Stefannie Wheat, her husband Ken and their son Christopher...with their guests, the Brown Family.
